The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) opens and begins, starting this Friday (Feb 27th), the registrations and the period of realization of the course on "Getting to know Google Workspace: Online Collaboration and Cloud Storage - Class II".
Available in the self-study EaD (Distance Learning) mode, in the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA) of the School, registrations are until October 30th and they can be made, clicking here, by magistrates, civil servers and trainees of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins.
With a workload of 25 hours, the course, according to the Notice no. 007 of 2026, aims "To enable subscribers for the introductory and practical use of the main tools of Google Workspace, with a focus on online collaboration, institutional communication and cloud storage in order to promote more digital autonomy and productivity at work".
The content includes modules on Gmail, Google Chat and Groups, Agenda and Meet, Drive and Shared Drives, collaborative creation in Documents and Spreadsheets and use of Google Forms, as well as topics with common situations experienced in the TJTO.
The activities will be carried out entirely in the AVA, with readings and evaluation tasks, as well as access to video classes recorded by the facilitator and judicial technician of the TJTO, Denis da Silva Passos, located in the Division of Network Administration and Security (DASR), responsible for managing the Google Workspace platform in the court.
