Course On Official Writing Has New Class Started

It began, in the afternoon of Tuesday (November 4th), another class of the course on Official Writing in the Judiciary: practice of the dossiers, promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat). The training is offered online and it has a total class load of 25 hours.

Aimed at civil servers and trainees of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, the course aims to strengthen skills in writing administrative documents, focusing on clarity, objectivity and standardization required by institutional communication.

The initiative is part of a set of strategic actions integrated into the Skills Management project, coordinated by the Directorate of People Management (Digep), which identified gaps related to the production of official files during internal evaluation.

The opening of the class featured the first live web class, conducted by Professor Valcir Gassen. The programming continues until November 11th, with synchronous activities via Google Meet and asynchronous activities in the Virtual Learning Environment of Esmat (AVA).

During this first class, Professor Valcir highlighted the continuing importance of the theme.

“It is a satisfaction to work with this discipline, because I believe that it does not end. Communication is always present in our lives", he said.
