Magistrates And Civil Servers May Sign Up In Course On Anti-Corruption Law

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins has opened registrations for the course on Anti-corruption Law: Material, Investigative and Procedural Aspects. The training, coordinated by Judge Flávia Afini Bovo, will be held on October 16th and 17th, at Esmat, with a class load of 16 hours.

Aimed at magistrates and civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, the course aims to train for the correct application of the legislation of administrative improbity and fight corruption, considering the recent normative changes and the consolidated jurisprudence of the superior courts. In all, 50 vacancies will be offered, 10 for magistrates and 40 for civil servers of the TJTO.

The content will be conducted by the prosecutor Igor Pereira Pinheiro, a specialist in Constitutional Law and author of several works in the area. The programming includes General Theory of Anti-Corruption Law, Constitutional Foundations, Control of Conventionality, New Administrative Improbity Law, Anti-Corruption Investigations and Crimes Against Public Administration.
