The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) extended registrations until September 22nd for the course on "Simple Language with Judicial Document Consulting", which will be held next week on September 23rd and 24th, in person, at Esmat.
The training is directed exclusively to magistrates and civil servers of 1st and 2nd Degrees of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, with the objective of promoting the elaboration of more efficient and standardized pieces, in alignment with the guidelines of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), especially the Recommendation no 144 of 2023 and the Ordinance no 351 of 2023.

Under the coordination of Judge Flávia Afini Bovo, the course will be facilitated by Professor Olívia Rocha Freitas, doctor and master in Language Studies. The programming includes practical classes and analysis of real documents, as well as topics such as textual logic, organization of legal texts, simplification techniques and application of visual language.
