Training Will Discuss Good Practices And Solutions For The Judicial Administration Of The State Of Tocantins

With a focus on improving leadership, communication and innovation in the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) held, on October 2nd, 9th and 10th, the course on "Administrative Management". The training is aimed at directors of the Forum and civil servers of the General Internal Affairs of Justice of the state of Tocantins (CGJUS), with the aim of developing the leadership of the involved ones to create and sustain a safe, respectful and highly productive work environment.

During the course, participants will discuss real challenges faced in judicial units and reflect on topics such as: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Climate, FEEDBACK Culture, Change Management and Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Judiciary. The classes will use the methodology of Problem-Based Learning (PBL), as well as collaborative teaching strategies and practices applied to institutional reality.

The training, coordinated by Judge Manuel de Faria Reis Neto, will be offered in hybrid mode, with a 20-hour workload, part of it being carried out remotely and face to face, at Esmat, in the city of Palmas.

The activity will be led by the facilitators Carlos Henrique Borlido Haddad, federal judge and professor at the Federal University of the state of Minas Gerais (UFMG), and Luis Antonio Capanema Pedrosa, PhD student at MIT and director of the Marpel consulting.
