The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) completed, on Wednesday (August 13th), the course on "Analysis, preparation and adjustments to the cost and price formation spreadsheets of the exclusive labor service contracts of the TJTO".
The training addressed the main difficulties in planning outsourcing services and the critical points of the spreadsheet and guidelines for judging proposals. The facilitator Flaviana Vieira Paim highlighted that the course represents a strategic opportunity to improve contract management in the TJTO.
“Our main goal was to deepen the subject, bring innovations and seek improvements for outsourced contracts, as well as reviewing some standards already used. The Court recently approved a model of cost sheet and together we adjusted this model during the course, which was very beneficial to all of us, even me," she said.
During the classes, the participants also performed the critical analysis of artifacts of contracting outsourced services pre-selected by the TJTO and the standardization of glosses for the management of contracts under the DEMO regime.
