The Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) published the Ordinance No. 3,432, of 2025, in the Official Gazette on Thursday (October 9th). The regulation changes the calendar of holidays and optional points for the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins for the year of 2025, with the inclusion of the Article 4-C to the Ordinance No. 3,383, which defines November 21st as an optional point.
With this update, the calendar of the Judiciary now has 19 commemorative dates, including holidays and optional points.
