Abstract
Las nuevas tecnologías médicas avanzan imparables, concretamente la medicina 4P. Sin embargo, este rápido progreso provoca fricciones con los principios del derecho internacional. Los autores proponen que, debido a la inmutabilidad de los principios generales del derecho, es esencial que estos principios se actualicen para que puedan adaptarse a la nueva realidad y a los avances de la medicina 4P.References
