Registrations Are Open For Residual Vacancies On The Doctorate In Judicial Provision And Human Rights

The Federal University of the state of Tocantins (UFT), in partnership with the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) and the State Prosecution of the State of Tocantins (MPE-TO), has opened registrations to fill residual vacancies on the Professional Doctorate in Judicial Provision and Human Rights.

The registration period runs until March 17th (next Monday), and candidates should pay attention to the criteria for participation and the required documentation.

Who can sign up?

The selection process is aimed at members and permanent employees of the State Prosecution of the State of Tocantins (MPE-TO) and permanent employees of the Federal University of the state of Tocantins (UFT). A total of five places will be on offer, distributed as follows:

  • Group 1 (MPE-TO) - 4 vacancies, 3 for members and 1 for permanent civil servers;
  • Group 2 (UFT) - 1 vacancy for permanent civil servers.

How to sign in?

Registrations must be made through the Competitions Management System of Esmat (SGC), at https://sgc.tjto.jus.br,, by 11:59 a.m. on March 17th.  You must:

  • Fill in the electronic form;
  • Attach the required documents in PDF format;
  • Generate and pay the R$ 150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais) Union Payment Form (GRU) by March 16th.

Which documents are necessary?

Candidates must submit:

  • Supplementary registration form (Annex 1 of the notice);
  • Updated CV on the Lattes Platform;
  • Proof of payment of the registration fee;
  • Declaration of active employment issued by the personnel management sector of the respective institution;
  • Research project, according to the guidelines of the notice;
  • Filled barema and supporting documents for the assessment of qualifications.

What will the selection process be like? 

The selection process will be divided into three stages:

  1. Registrations approval (March 18th);
  2. Evaluation of the research project (March 24th), with a minimum grade of 7.0 for approval;
  3. Qualifying test of titles (barema).

The final result will be announced on March 28th.

When will registrations take place?
