In the midst of increasingly complex challenges of public management, contract supervision gained prominence this Thursday (April 9th), at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), with the holding of the Workshop on Contract Supervision with Exclusive Labor Dedication: Practical Focus for the Sector Tax Officers of the TJTO. The activity brought together civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins for a day of training focused on technical improvement, risk prevention and strengthening of the performance of sector tax officers.

The Workshop was designed to address concrete issues of administrative routine, with a focus on the supervision of contracts with exclusive labor dedication, a topic that requires attention in view of the requirements of the Law 14.133, of 2021, from the institutional norms and the most recent understandings on public administration accountability.

The conduct of the training was in charge of Flaviana Vieira Paim, a specialist in the area of biddings, contracts and outsourcing of services, who addressed practical aspects of the supervision, from the registration of occurrences and the documentary conference to the application of the Instrument of Outcome Measurement (IMR) and the analysis of real situations faced by the sector tax officers in the units of the Court.

In a statement, the civil server Ana Lúcia Miola, who works in the Division of General Services of the TJTO, highlighted the objective and applicable character of the training.

“The Workshop has been excellent, with a highly enlightening and, above all, a very practical approach. The content presented directly dialogues with the demands of day-by-day contractual supervision and it will bring greater security in the performance of sector tax officers ", she said.

She also highlighted the contribution of the meeting to the professional improvement of the participants. "I also highlight the didactics adopted and the objectivity in the conduct of the topics, which will contribute significantly to the technical improvement of the participants. Certainly, we will leave this activity with a new perspective on the subject, more attentive to the relevance of contractual supervision and better prepared to face, with responsibility and security, the challenges of administrative practice", she added.
