Esmat Starts A Series Of Workshops On Generative AI And Automation In Administrative Management

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) began, this Wednesday (April 8th), the series of 12 classes of the Workshop on Generative AI and Automation in Administrative Management, with the realization of the Class I, bringing together magistrates and civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins (PJTO). With the coordination of Jacqueline Adorno de La Cruz Barbosa and Alice Carla de Souza Setubal, the initiative aims to develop the practical and critical domain of the Gemini tool, promoting its ethical and responsible use, in accordance with institutional guidelines.

The programming of Class I was conducted by facilitators Angelo Stacciarini, Ivo Pontes Araújo and Pamela da Rocha Pires Ferreira. Throughout the day, participants came into contact with content focused on governance and administrative ethics in the use of AI, use of Gemini in Gmail and documents, management of SEI processes with NotebookLM, standardization of routines with Gems, creation of visual content with Gemini Canvas and automate flows with Workspace Studio.

In testimony, the civil server Kellen Stakoviak, of the Parametrization Center (Nupara), highlighted the practical applicability of the training in everyday administrative life. The Workshop

"offered practical tools to be used directly in the administrative management of my unit. The ability to automate processes and use AI for data analysis and the support to technical document writing represents a productivity leap and modernization for the TJTO, a culture change", she pointed out.

The series will continue in April, with the realization of the Class II on the 10th, Class III on the 23rd, and Class IV on the 24th. The remaining classes are scheduled for May and June, as per the schedule defined in the Notice no. 064 of 2026.
