The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) is open for registrations for the event on "Ombudsman for Women: Voice and Presence", which will be held on April 30th, in a semi-presential format. The activity will have in-person programming at the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), with live transmission to the interior counties.
According to the Notice no. 058 of 2026, the initiative is open to the public, and registrations can be made until the day of the event, clicking here.
The event, coordinated by Angela Maria Ribeiro Prudente, aims to "promote institutional literacy (...) about sexual and gender diversity, through the approach of fundamental concepts, legal frameworks and practical reflections, aiming to strengthen the culture of human rights, promote inclusive institutional practices and contribute to the prevention and combating of discriminatory practices in the public service".
At the opportunity, an institutional booklet will be launched aimed at guidance, reception and strengthening of channels of listening and protection to women in the Judiciary.
The programming will start at 1:30 pm and it will include the lecture on "Literacy in Sexual and Gender Diversity for the Public Service", delivered by Laura Brasil Feitosa, a public manager working on public policies aimed at tackling gender-based violence, promotion of human rights and strengthening of the protection network for women and LGBTQIAPNb+ populations.
