The programming of the X edition of the Health Week, this Tuesday (October 28th), Day of the Server, included the PRACTICAL WORKSHOP on Integral Health: Mental and Cognitive Health, led by the physiotherapist and doctor in Biomedical Sciences, José Ronaldo Veronesi Júnior.
Aimed at promoting the health of civil servers, the meeting combined theoretical and practical moments. Veronesi presented the four pillars of human balance: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, as a basis for understanding and managing the amount of information received daily in the corporate environment.
"My proposal is to make a complete approach: start by explaining the functioning of human cognition, how we perceive, process and react to incentives. We will go through the understanding of stress, anxiety and mental load, and then present practical solutions", said the expert.
According to the physiotherapist, the subject is gaining more and more relevance in view of the new guidelines of the Regulatory Standard no 1 (NR1). The measure establishes that all public and private institutions must implement management of psychosocial factors at work from May of 2026.
"The goal is to show how each person can develop more ability to deal with the excess of information and demands that the current world imposes, maintaining emotional and cognitive balance," concluded Veronesi.
