
Justice, health, social assistance professionals, researchers and others interested in improving knowledge about mental health care of adolescents in conflict with the law can already sign up for the event on "Interfaces among Justice System, Mental Health and Socio-Education: Strategies for the Guarantee of Rights". Promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), the meeting will be held on October 22nd and 23rd, in a hybrid format.
The coordination is by Judge José Eustáquio de Melo Júnior, doctor of law and member of the Support Center for the Courts (NACOM), as well as coordinator of the Monitoring and Supervision Group of the Prison System.

Thematic
Focusing on inter-institutional action and the guarantee of rights, the event will address the challenges of psychosocial care to adolescents in compliance and post-compliance of socio-educational measures, in accordance with the National Policy of Comprehensive Health Care for Adolescents in Conflict with the Law (PNAISARI) and with the Resolution no 487 of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), of 2023, which establishes the Anti-Asylum Policy within the Judiciary.
The programming, which will be held in person at the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), includes conferences, panels and round of conversation.
