Event Will Promote Reflection On Well-Being, Social Connections, And Mental Health At Work In The District Of Cristalândia

Focusing on emotional health and the quality of interpersonal relationships in the institutional environment, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) is holding, from October 6th to 8th, Class II of the WORKSHOP on How to work, relate, and maintain emotional health!, aimed at civil servers and employees of the District of Cristalândia. Registrations, by nomination, are now open and they will continue until September 24th.

The initiative is part of the Health Care Program of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins (PAS) and it will be led by facilitator Evanuzia Luzia de Oliveira, a psychologist with a master's degree in Social Psychology.

During the three days of in-person programming at the District Forum of Cristalândia, participants will reflect on topics such as The Influence of Social Relationships on Health, The Impact of Ethics on Well-Being, Stress Prevention Strategies, and Resilience in the Face of Unwanted Manifestations at Work. Factors related to emotional illness, such as burnout syndrome, fatigue, overload, and chemical dependency, will also be addressed.
