The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) is accepting registrations for the lecture on “The Role of Self-Care in Strengthening Mental Health,” which will be held on September 24th, at 2 p.m., in the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO). The event will also be broadcast live to districts in the interior of the State.
The event is part of the Yellow September campaign and it focuses on suicide prevention, mental health care, and the promotion of self-care practices among magistrates, civil servers, and other members of the Justice System.
The lecture will be conducted by Professor and Psychoanalyst Maria Livia Tourinho Moretto, a faculty member at the University of the state of São Paulo (USP).
The event is open to magistrates, civil servers, trainees, employees, professionals from partner institutions, and members of the community in general.
