
With a focus on emotional health and the quality of interpersonal relations in the institutional environment, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will hold, from September 15th to 17th, Class I of the WORKSHOP on How to work, relate and keep emotional health up to date! , aimed at civil servers and collaborators of the District of Arraias.
Registrations, made by nomination, are already open and they run until September 5th.
The initiative integrates the Health Care Program (PAS) of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins and it will be led by facilitator Evanuzia Luzia de Oliveira, psychologist and master in Social Psychology, with extensive experience in developing behavioral skills and COACHING.
During the three days of face-to-face programming, in the Forum of the District of Arraias, the participants will reflect on topics such as The Influence of Social Relations on Health, The Impact of Ethics on Well Being, Strategies to Prevent Stress and Resilience in the Face of Unwanted Manifestations at Work. We will also address factors related to emotional illness, such as burnout syndrome, fatigue, overload and chemical dependence.
The WORKSHOP is promoted by Esmat in partnership with the Manager Committee of the Policy of Integral Health Care for Magistrates and Civil Servers, as provided for in the Resolution 207 of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), 2015.
In all, 25 vacancies were made available for Class I. The next edition, destined to the District of Cristalândia, will be held from October 6th to 8th.
