
As part of the II National Week of Special Courts, promoted by the National Council of Justice (CNJ), the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, through the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), is holding the event 30 Years of Special Courts on June 4th and 5th.
The initiative is free, open to the public and takes place 100% ONLINE, making it easier for civil servers, magistrates, students and citizens from all over the State to take part, especially from the countryside.
The official opening will take place on Wednesday (June 4th), at 7pm, with a lecture by Judge Maurício Cunha, from the Court of Justice of the State of Minas Gerais (TJMG), who will discuss “A brief evolutionary analysis of the Special Courts for the Public Treasury”.
On Thursday (June 5th), the guest is Justice Erick Linhares, from the Court of Justice of the State of Roraima (TJRR), who will address the topic on “Effective Enforcement in the Special Courts”. Both conferences are coordinated by Judge Marcelo Augusto Ferrari Faccioni, from the TJTO.
