Esmat Opens Registrations For Course On Procedural Movements And Mandatory Precedents

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) has opened registrations for the course on "Procedural Movements in Mandatory Precedents: Procedures and Impact on the Indicators of the CNJ".

The training, coordinated by Judge Márcio Soares da Cunha, is intended exclusively for magistrates and civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, with the offer of 300 vacancies. The activities will be carried out virtually, on March 27th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The training is focused, according to the Notice no. 049 of 2026, "enable the correct execution of procedural movements related to mandatory precedents - especially in cases of IRDR and repetitive topics of the Supreme Court and the Superior Court of Justice -, ensuring proper labeling, codification and registration of procedural suspensions, with a view to the standardization of procedures, the reliability of statistical information and the positive impact on indicators monitored by the National Council of Justice".
