From Servers To Servers: Esmat Promotes Training On SEI (Electronic Information System) Practices With A Focus On Administrative Routine

The administrative routine of the Judiciary passes, increasingly, by the domain of tools that guarantee agility, traceability and security. It was in this context that the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) held, on December 10th, the course on "SEI (Electronic Information System) in Practice: Electronic Process Management Course", in EaD (Distance Education) mode, by the Google Meet platform, with a workload of 4 hours.

At the end of the training, seventy-one civil servers and trainees of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins were certified, after an afternoon focused on routines that make a difference in the day-to-day units: access to the system, authentication in two factors, Control screen, creation and processing of processes, signature block and use of functionalities as "external user", among other essential procedures. The initiative is part of the Project on People Management by Competencies and it was directed to civil servers who participated in the skills assessment in 2024.

The course was conducted by the facilitators Aislannder Kenisson de Oliveira Rocha and Renê Dettenborn, servers of the TJTO. When presenting the training proposal, Aislannder positioned the meeting as an intentional reinforcement of the basic, not for simplicity, but for strategy: to ensure that each participant leaves with a path of use that allows applying SEI with autonomy in the most recurrent tasks.

“We will make a chat..., we set up a flow, a trail that we believe that when you learn this track in the system, you become able to do any activity of your day by day", explained.
