Course On "Sei In Practice" Prepares Civil Servers And Trainees For Efficient Use Of The System

On December 10th, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will hold the course on “SEI in Practice: Electronic Process Management Course.” The activity will take place in distance learning mode, through the GOOGLE MEET platform.

The training aims to qualify participants for the efficient and secure use of the Electronic Information System (SEI), an essential tool for the processing and management of administrative documents in the digital environment. The content will cover everything from accessing the system to features such as two-factor authentication, document inclusion, process search, signature block, and special monitoring.

With a duration of 4 hours, the course is part of the strategic actions of the Project on Competency Management and it is intended for employees and interns who have gaps in the competency: “Document and Process Processing,” according to a diagnosis carried out by the Directorate of People Management (Digep).

There will be 104 places available, filled through internal nomination. The activities will be led by facilitators Renê Dettenborn and Aislannder Kenisson de Oliveira Rocha, both employees of the TJTO.
