With the closure of the activities of Classes II and III of the course on Defensive and Evasive Driving, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) concludes another important training stage aimed at enhancing institutional security. Held on October 22nd and 23rd, the course brought together military members of the Military Advisory Board of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), drivers from the Presidency, the General Internal Affairs of Justice and the Offices of Justices, all with the same purpose of improving technical skills to act with precision and agility in risk situations.

Under the coordination of Judge José Ribamar Mendes Júnior, the course had its theoretical stage held at the Esmat, with content focused on vehicle maintenance, basic mechanics, operation of ABS brakes, ergonomics and mirror adjustments. The practical stage, held in the Rubens Barrichello Kart racing circuit, provided a realistic experience with slalom techniques, evasive maneuvers, emergency braking and peripheral vision control.
