Course Strengthens Digital Skills Of Technology Civil Servers

The civil servers of the Directorate of Information Technology (DTINF) of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) and the technology area of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) began on Monday (October 7th), the course on  "Generative Artificial Intelligence with the Google Cloud Platform". With a workload of 30 hours, the training takes place, until October 17th, in a totally virtual way, through the Virtual Learning Environment of Esmat (AVA) and the Google Cloud Skills Boost platform.

The course is facilitated by the master in Judicial Provision and Human Rights, Ângelo Stacciarini Seraphin, and the master’s student Ivo Pontes Araújo. During the course, participants will have access to theoretical and practical content on the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, use of the Gemini API in Vertex AI, applications of Generative AI with Gemini and Streamlit, as well as labs on Python code generation and multimodal application development. The pedagogical proposal also includes activities using SDKs and advanced tools from the Google Cloud ecosystem.

The inaugural class, held synchronously, addressed the theme on "Uncovering Artificial Intelligence with Google Gemini: Introduction to the use of AI and First Steps in the Google Cloud platform”.
