From September 30th to October 10th, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will hold the course on “Active Voice: Effective Oral Communication in the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins,” aimed at civil servers and trainees nominated by the Directorate of People Management. The training will be conducted in distance learning mode, with live WEBCLASSES via the GOOGLE MEET platform and activities in the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA).
Facilitated by Journalist and Professor Adriano Nogueira da Fonseca, the course will address professional expression practices, effective communication strategies, and handling highly demanding situations in the workplace.
With a certified class load of 15 hours, the course is aligned with the Project on Competency Management of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins and it seeks to address gaps identified in internal performance evaluations.
