The National School for Training and Improvement of Magistrates (Enfam) is with registrations open until this Friday, July 25th, for the remaining classes of the course on Training of Trainers (Fofo) of Level 1, Module 2. Those interested can register on the site of the School. The training will be held remotely, in the period from August 4th August to September 1st.
The course is aimed at magistrates of superior courts and councils, servers of the Federal Justice and State Justice. The training has two classes, each with 70 vacancies, and the workload is 40 hours-class. For certification, at least 75% of attendance and use is required.
Goal
The main goal of the training is organizing the planning of educational and classroom actions, focusing on skills development. The contents are focused on the construction of knowledge, teaching for the development of skills and the definition of strategies based on active methodologies, as well as the organization of educational work from that which are references that guide the educational proposal of Enfam.
