Last Day Of Registration For The Course On Inter-American System On Monitoring Decisions

Registrations for the course on "Monitoring of Decisions of the Inter-American Human Rights System" closes on Friday (July 18th). The training, promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), will be held from August 4th to 14th in a hybrid format and it is intended for magistrates and servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins.

The distance activities will take place through the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA), with WEBCLASSES on the GOOGLE MEET platform, in addition to face-to-face meetings at Esmat.

Coordinated by Judge José Eustáquio Melo Júnior, the course aims to analyze the functioning of the Inter-American Human Rights System, with emphasis on monitoring mechanisms and compliance with the decisions of the Commission and the Inter-American Court.

About the facilitators

The course will be taught by Judge Roniclay Alves de Morais, PhD in Law, from the Pontifical Catholic University of the state of Rio de Janeiro, and by Valério de Oliveira Mazzuoli, Post-Doc in Legal-Political Sciences, from the Classical University of Lisbon, and PhD in International Law, by the Federal University of the state of Rio Grande do Sul.
