Civil Servers Of The Tjto Will Take A Course In Tics Inspection And Contract Management

The management and supervision of contracts of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) are fundamental to guarantee efficiency, security, transparency and the proper fulfillment of obligations in the public administration. With this in mind, the course on “How to supervise and manage contracts for ICT purchases and services” will be held from August 6th to 8th, in person, at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) for civil servers involved in the management of these activities and assigned to the Directorate of Information Technology (DTINF) of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO).

There will be no daily rates payment for this training, and registrations, which will be made by indication in the specific SEI process, must take place by July 15th.

The activities will be conducted by Monique Simões Soares, who holds a master's degree in Public Administration (FGV/RJ) and has worked for 27 years with Public Biddings and Administrative Contracts in public bodies in the state of Rio de Janeiro.

The aim of the course is to train the participants in the efficient management and supervision of contracts, promoting a greater security, control and transparency at all stages of the contractual cycle, ensuring compliance with agreements, legal certainty and the satisfaction of the public administration and suppliers.
