Course On People Management And Leadership For Judicial Managers Will Be Held In May

On May 16th, 22nd and 23rd, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) will hold a course on People Management and Leadership for judges and civil servers who hold management positions in the Judiciary. With a workload of 20 hours, the training will be held in hybrid mode, in person at Esmat and via the GOOGLE MEET platform.

The course aims to train judges and civil servers to act as leaders who promote a safe, respectful and high-performance work environment.

The six training modules cover topics such as “People Management in the Public Sector and the New Social Context”, “Legal Aspects of People Management and Ethics in the Public Service”, “Inclusive, Ethical and Inspiring Leadership”, among others. The 50 places available will be filled by nomination, in the specific SEI process.

Know the facilitators

Carlos Henrique Borlido Haddad - graduated in Law from the Law School of UFMG. Master's and PhD in Criminal Sciences from the same institution. He did a post-doctorate at the University of Michigan, in the United States. He currently serves as a federal judge in the Judicial Section of the state of Minas Gerais and he is an adjunct professor at the Law School of UFMG.

Luis Antonio Capanema Pedrosa - PhD candidate in Operations Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the United States. Master in Precision Mechanics from Kyoto University in Japan. Graduated in Electronic Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) in the state of São Paulo.
