Course On Planning Of Public Contracts Using Artificial Intelligence Will Be Held In April

On April 10th and 11th, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will hold a course on Planning of Public Contracts Based on Artificial Intelligence, in accordance with the New Bidding Law. The training is aimed at civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins who work directly in the areas of bidding, contract management and inspection.

Registrations will take place by nomination, from March 25th to April 4th. More information can be found at the notice.

With a workload of 16 hours, the training will be conducted in person at Esmat, with classes from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., with the participation of Professors Eduardo André Carvalho Schiefler and Gustavo Henrique Carvalho Schiefler.

The proposal is to train civil servers in the use of tools based on Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), applied from the preparation of Demand Formalization Documents (DFD) and Preliminary Technical Studies (ETP), to the construction of risk matrices and terms of reference. The ethical and regulatory limits and challenges of using AI in public contracts will also be addressed, in light of the Law 14.133 of 2021 and the internal regulations of the TJTO.

In addition to the theoretical content, the course programming includes practical workshops, in which participants will work with AI tools to simulate real documents from the contracting cycle, providing a dynamic training experience aimed at the reality of the Judiciary.
