Esmat holds a course for the improvement of mediators and conciliators in environmental issues

Seeking to train conciliators and accredited mediators, and servers of Cejusc and Nupemec of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, on the legislation and knowledge related to the Environmental Law, to act in the mediation of environmental conflicts, agrarian, land governance, regularization, among others, aiming at the consolidation of consensual methods of conflict treatment in environmental matters, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) will hold the course for the Improvement of Mediators and Conciliators in Environmental Issues.

With a class load of 10 hours, the course will take place from June 20th to 30th, 2022. Twenty-three vacancies are being offered for conciliators and mediators accredited in the Permanent Center for Consensual Methods of Conflict Resolution. The activities will be taught by the professor and facilitator Célia Regina Zapparolli Rodrigues de Freitas, and developed in the Distance Learning modality, through the School's Virtual Platform.
