With a focus on the promotion of mental health and well-being of magistrates and female servers, the Psychosocial Reception and Support Center (NAPsi) of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) has open registrations for the project on "Psychotherapeutic Group of Women of the Judiciary". Interested parties can sign up until April 24th, using the form available on this link.
With duration of four months, the project is aimed at magistrates, trainees and residents of the TJTO. The initiative proposes a safe space for qualified listening, reflection and exchange of experiences, considering the impacts of multiple journeys and social roles played by women.
The proposal seeks to contribute to the reduction of stress and feelings of isolation, as well as prevent mental illness. It also aims to strengthen autonomy, self-esteem and the construction of support networks among participants.
The action is in line with the Policy of Integral Health Care for Magistrates and Civil Servers, established by the Resolution no. 207 of 2015 of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and the Resolution no. 255 of 2018, which deals with the promotion of gender equality within the Judiciary. The initiative also integrates the guidelines of the 2025-2027 Management Plan of the TJTO, especially Goal 21, aimed at implementing mental well-being programs in the workplace.
Functioning of the group
The meetings will be held in person at NAPsi, with an average duration of one and a half hours, totaling eight meetings throughout the project. Each group will have up to 12 participants and will be led by mental health professionals linked to the Center.
In the first stage, the service will be in person. The proposal is to expand, in the future, the offer to other counties of the State, through the online modality. The adopted methodology prioritizes reception, qualified listening and exchange of experiences, focusing on topics such as self-care, mental health and strengthening of support networks.
