This next Sunday (March 8th) the objective and discursive tests regarding the Selection Process of the Class IV of the Residency Program with Access to Post graduation Judicial Practice (PRJud) will be applied. To ensure that all the candidates carry out the event in peace, we have compiled below the main information and rules of procedure, based on official notices.

Location and Schedule

As established in the Notice no. 028 of 2026, the tests will be held in person in the city of Palmas (TO), at the Military School of the State of Tocantins - Unit II (Antônio Luiz Maya). The address is: 206 North, LO-11 avenue, 4, Number 04, North Director Plan, ZIP code: 77006-244.

The schedules (official of the capital city of Brasília) will follow the schedule:

  • Opening of the gates: 11:30 am
  • Closing of the gates: 12:30 pm
  • Beginning of the tests: 1 pm
  • Completion of the tests: 5 pm

The Commission for the Selection Process recommends that candidates arrive 45 minutes before the start of the event, allowing enough time for accommodation in the room. It is essential to be attentive to the clock, as entry to the test site will not be admitted under any circumstances after the gates are closed.

In accordance with the rules established in the sub-item 8.2.1 of the Stage 1 (Opening Notice No. 16, 2026), the objective test will consist of 50 multiple-choice questions. Each question will have the value of 1 point, totaling 50 points, and the content will cover the following areas of knowledge:

I. Civil law; II. Civil Procedure; III. Criminal Law; IV. Criminal Procedure; V. Constitutional Law; VI. Administrative Law; VII. Tax Law; VIII. Consumer Law; IX. Legislation concerning the Judiciary (Laws, Resolutions, Provisions, Normative Instructions).

For the completion of the final template, subclause 8.2.2 requires that the candidate uses exclusively a blue or black ink ballpoint pen.

The list of approved entries, with an indication of status "accepted" or "rejected", was published in the attachment to the Notice No. 028 of 2026.

For candidates with special attention, the specific notice provides, among other measures, the possibility of lengthening the exam time (limited to up to 60 minutes) and the use of resources to reduce sensory stimuli, when compatible with the safety of the event (Notice no 34, of 2026, items 1.1 and 2). For validation, a medical report must be submitted on the day of the test with identification of the professional, description of the diagnosis and CID; the absence of documentation implies refusal of special care, maintaining regular conditions (items 3 and 3.1).
