Judicial Management Award Continues To Receive Registrations Of Good Practices Until February 23rd

Registrations for the 4th Judicial Management Award are open until February 23rd. The initiative is aimed at identifying, valuing and disseminating good practices that contribute to the improvement of judicial and administrative services provided to society. Initiatives already implemented and with proven results can be registered exclusively, not being accepted ideas, suggestions, studies or projects not executed.

The award will recognize innovative practices that have positively impacted the quality of services delivered to the population. The initiatives may compete in the thematic axes of productivity, administrative operational efficiency, budget management, transparency, planning and strategic management, sustainability and accessibility, people management, information technology and communication (ICT) management, conciliation and mediation, combating domestic violence, the prison system, criminal enforcement and socio-educational measures, access to justice and citizenship, protection of minority groups, as well as other forms of unit management.

The 4th Judicial Management Award will be awarded in the categories on First Entry, Second Entry and Final Entry. The evaluation of registered practices will consider the criteria of relevance, innovation, cost-benefit of implementation, achieved results and humanization, with scoring from 1 to 3 for each item.

Magistrates and civil servers acting in the units of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins may sign up practices individually or in groups, in the categories to which they are linked, regardless of the functional link. Trainees can integrate the groups, being forbidden individual participation.

The practices will be analyzed by a designated committee and they will be disqualified those that do not present link with the 1st degree of jurisdiction of the state of Tocantins. The award ceremony will take place during the 4th Meeting of Chief Permanent Judges and the General Internal Affairs of Justice of the State of Tocantins (Encope), scheduled for September of 2026.
