The Health Space of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) has its registrations open for the Project on Therapeutic Pilates. The interested, magistrates and civil servers can apply until December 19th, with vacancies filled by order of registration. Preference will be given to participants who were not attended in 2025. The approval of registrations will be announced on January 12th, 2026. Magistrates, civil servers and trainees of the Judiciary may participate.
Pilates classes are scheduled to begin in March and end in June of 2026 in the Pilates Room, located in the basement of the Court. The programming will have six classes in the morning, and each participant will be entitled to two weekly classes, following a structured protocol of the Therapeutic Pilates method, designed to promote mobility, muscular strength, body awareness and prevention of work-related injuries. The follow-up will be continuous, with supervision of the physiotherapist of the Health Center of the Court (Cesau/ TJTO), specialized in pilates.
The initiative integrates the health promotion actions of Cesau, with the aim of strengthening functionality, reducing musculoskeletal pain and contributing to the physical well-being of the participants.
Entry flow and attendance
After completing the registration, the participant will be summoned, according to the order of registration, for a consultation with the orthopedic doctor of Cesau, the first mandatory step of the process. In this evaluation, the professional will analyze the presented imaging tests and, when indicated, issue the referral to the next phase.
With the orthopedic indication, the registered will undergo a postural physical therapy evaluation, conducted by the professional responsible for the project. From this analysis, the framework of the participant in one of the available classes will be defined, respecting the clinical indication and the order of registration.
