Full And Diverse Agenda: See What Esmat Has Prepared For November

The month of November began with full force at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat). The programming includes a variety of educational actions ranging from courses to events with great institutional impact, such as the XVIII International Congress on Human Rights.

On Monday (November 3rd), two important training activities were started: the second class of the course on Automated Locomotion at EPROC and the course on Network Monitoring Using the Open Source Tool Zabbix, focused on the area of Technology.

On Tuesday (November 4th), it began the EaD (Distance Learning Education) stage of the course on Analysis of Legal Data at the TJTO: Foundations of Jurimetrics and AI. With a workload of 30 hours, the training will be completed in person from November 24th to 26th at the School. Coordinated by Judge Arióstenis Guimarães Vieira, the course aims to develop skills for the use of jurimetrics and artificial intelligence in the legal context. Also on Tuesday, Esmat started the second class of the course on Official Writing in the Judiciary: Practice of the Shifts. The action is the result of an institutional evaluation that identified gaps in the production of administrative documents and it aims to strengthen institutional communication. The class continues until November 11th.

On Wednesday (November 5th), it will be the time of the Class III of the course on Automated Locomotion at Eproc, this time directed to court officers and managers of Central Warrants. With a workload of 2 hours, the course takes place in an ONLINE format.

On November 7th, there is the face-to-face course on Application of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law) in Judicial Decisions, coordinated by Justice Jacqueline Adorno de La Cruz Barbosa. The initiative will bring together magistrates, civil servers and operators of different organs of the Justice System to critically discuss the application of the General Data Protection Law in judicial decisions.

XVIII international congress on human rights

In the period from November 11th to 14th, Esmat holds the eighteenth edition of the International Congress on Human Rights. With the theme on "The Future of Human Rights in the Age of Artificial Intelligence", the event is free, open to the public and it will feature short courses, panels and national and international conferences. On November 17th and 18th, the focus will be on equity with the II Week of Dialogues on Equality and Diversity. The proposal is to discuss topics such as racial equity, gender, sexual diversity and accessibility. The event will be held in the auditorium of the TJTO, with live broadcast. On November 18th, the district of Gurupi receives the course on Prevention and Female Personal Defense, coordinated by Judge Cirlene Maria de Assis Santos Oliveira. The activity, in its fourth class, is part of the PAHS Program - Protection, Humanized and Solidary Reception to Women of the Judiciary.

Also in November, on the 19th, it will be held the round of conversation on "Mental Health, Gender and its Devices", led by Psychologist and Professor Valeska Zanello. The meeting will take place from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm, via GOOGLE MEET, with a focus on promoting mental health in the workplace.

On November 25th, Esmat holds, in partnership with TCE (Court of Auditors of the State), MPTO (State Prosecution) and TJTO (Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins), the event on "Public Management: Good Practices, Governance and Probity". The programming will include five thematic panels focused on transparency and integrity in public management. Registrations and more information can be consulted by clicking on this LINK.

In the period from November 25th to December 5th, there is the course on Self-management in Public Administration, aimed at developing skills for better organization of time and productivity.

Closing the month, on November 27th and 28th, it will be held the course on Elaboration of Terms of Cooperation, Congeners Instruments and Agreements. The training is aimed at civil servers of the Judiciary and it aims to improve the processes of planning and execution of institutional partnerships.
