Trainings Of September At Esmat Cover Artificial Intelligence, Data Protection And Mental Health

From sentences to mental health, through artificial intelligence and data protection: September comes busy at Esmat. Throughout the month, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins promotes a series of courses and seminars that combine innovation, legal training and care for people.

The agenda includes strategic topics for the Judiciary, such as Simple Language, Social and Environmental Governance, Sentence Drafting and the Use of Technology in Public Administration.

CHECK OUT, BELOW, AN OVERVIEW OF THE SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES:

The programming begins tomorrow, day 3rd, with the magna class of the post graduate LATO SENSU in Business Law and Agribusiness, at 9 am, in the auditorium of Esmat.

On days 4th and 5th, the second class of the course on Planning of Public Procurement supported in Artificial Intelligence will be held, with face-to-face classes, from 8 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm.

Also on the 5th, the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) receives, from 8am to 12pm, the V Seminar on Socio-environmental Management. The activity is open to the public, and proposes reflections on environmental governance and reverse logistics practices, bringing together representatives of the Judiciary, the productive sector and civil society.

From September 9th to 12th, the course on Elaboration of Civil Sentences and in the Special Court will be addressed to advisors of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, with coordination of Judge Wellington Magalhães and taught by Tiago Gagliano Pinto Alberto, post-doctor in Law.

In the same period, the second class of the course on Written and Strategic Communication will be held, with ONLINE classes and activities in the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA), taught by Sibele Biazotto and Glacielle Torquato.

On the 10th and 11th, the course on Fundamentals of Judicial Calculations will address technical and legal aspects of judicial calculations, focusing on the performance of advisors of civil courts and public treasuries.

No dia 11, a Esmat realiza a Formação do Encarregado e dos Membros do Comitê Gestor de Proteção de Dados Pessoais, voltado a magistrados(as) e servidores(as), com coordenação da desembargadora Jacqueline Adorno. A capacitação aborda os fundamentos da LGPD e o papel estratégico dos comitês no Judiciário.

On the 11th, Esmat conducts the Training of the Supervisor and the Members of the Management Committee for the Protection of Personal Data, addressed to magistrates and civil servers, with coordination by Justice Jacqueline Adorno. The training addresses the fundamentals of the LGPD (General Data Protection Act) and the strategic role of the committees in the Judiciary

On the 12th, from 9 am, it takes place the II State Seminar on the Policy of Attention to the Former Inmates of the Penal System. The initiative is from GMF (Monitoring and Supervision Group of the Prison and Socio-Educational System), in partnership with Seciju (State Secretariat for Citizenship and Justice of Tocantins) and Esmat, and it aims to promote dialogue among the Judiciary, the penal system and civil society..

From September 15th to 26th, the course on Zabbix Certified User and Specialist will be promoted, aimed exclusively at civil servers of the IT area of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.

On the 16th, the third class of the course on Basic Life Support and First Aid for CGJUS (General Internal Affairs of Justice) members will be held. The activity will be conducted by Cardiologist Elaine Ferreira and Nurse Bruno Rocha.

On the 23rd and 24th, the course on Simple Language with Judicial Document Consulting will be offered in person at Esmat, under the coordination of Judge Flávia Afini Bovo and facilitated by Professor Olívia Rocha Freitas.

On the 24th, at 2pm, there is a round of conversation on Mental Health, Gender and its Devices, with mediation by Professor and Psychologist Valeska Zanello.

Also on the 24th, there will be the  lecture on The Protagonism of Self-Care in Strengthening Mental Health and the WORKSHOP on Clinical Management of Suicidal Ideation.

The literary workshops return in September with weekly meetings, always on Tuesdays, from 7pm to 9pm, via GOOGLE MEET. In this edition, the works: LIFE IS NOT USEFUL, by Ailton Krenak, and THE EARTH GIVES, THE LAND WANTS, by Antônio Bispo dos Santos will be discussed.

The self-instructional course on FluêncIA (FluenAI) on Artificial Intelligence follows with registrations open until September 10th, with performance from September 15th to October 24th, through AVA (Virtual Learning Environment).
