On August 21st and 22nd, directors and representatives of the State Schools of the Judges meet in the city of Vitória (ES) for the sixtieth meeting of the Permanent College of Directors of State Schools of the Magistracy (Copedem). With the theme on "Schools of Government 5.0: Regulation, Innovation and Artificial Intelligence in the Service of Justice", the event proposes a deep reflection on the challenges and paths for digital and formative transformation in the Judiciary.
The proposal of the edition 5.0 is to consolidate a collaborative, intelligent and people-centered learning ecosystem, overcoming mere digitalization (model 4.0) and incorporating, with responsibility and regulation, the use of technologies such as artificial intelligence in teaching and management processes.

Programming
The programming begins on the morning of the 21st with a welcome cocktail and official opening, followed by conferences, tributes and thematic panels.
The highlight of the first day will be the opening lecture on "Artificial Intelligence in the Service of Justice", taught by Justice Pedro Valls Feu Rosa (TJES), as well as exhibitions on internationalization of legal training, regulation of Government Schools and demonstrations of good practices.
On the 22nd the meeting follows with panels focused on the offer of EaD (distance mode) courses, impacts of innovation in the Judiciary, use of AI in legal practice and closing lecture, with the theme on "The State of the Art of Artificial Intelligence in Law", with Justice Samuel Meira Brasil Jr. (TJES).
The programming will be concluded with the reading of the Letter of Vitória, signature of the participants and technical visit by the cities of Vitória and Vila Velha.
The meeting is a realization of Copedem with the support of the School of the Judges of the State of Espírito Santo (EMES) and the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Espírito Santo (Esmages), in partnership with the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), and it counts on the participation of TJES authorities and leaders of Schools of the Judges from all over the country.
