
Last Wednesday (January 15th), the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins opened the qualifying period for civil servers interested in the Removal Contest based on merit and seniority. There are 234 vacancies on offer and, to take part, all you have to do is fill in this form and attach the Circumstantial Functional Certificate issued by the Directorate of People Management (Digep) by January 29th.
The aim is to fill the vacancies available in the judicial units and support areas, aimed at effective or permanent civil servers, as long as it is in the same position. There are 117 vacancies for judicial technicians - judicial and administrative support, 63 for court clerks and 54 vacancies for court evaluator.
The internal selection process is carried out by the Directorate of People Management (Digep), accompanied by a specific commission, in accordance with the Ordinance No. 3,591/2024.
Criteria
In the seniority criterion, the length of service will be considered when the Length of Service Certificate has been registered with Digep up until the last day to register for the removal contest, and any other form of proof is unacceptable. In the case of merit-based removal, performance in the position, forensic work, participation in events, curriculum analysis, among other documents, will be taken into account, in accordance with the art. 10 of the Resolution no. 13 of the TJTO of 2024.
Registration
Final registration will take place from February 21st to March 3rd, after the list of qualified candidates has been published, which is scheduled for February 19th.
